A word from the
Editorial Board

"The ambition of the EDEN Law Review — Journal of the Nice School of Economic Law is to foster the development of scientific research in economic law through free and widely accessible digital publication.

The journal creates a complementary forum where leading academics and practitioners may cross-analyse and feed both doctrinal and practical reflection. Composed of academics and professionals, our editorial board works continuously to offer living research and to highlight the work that shapes the field.

EDEN addresses the structuring areas of economic law — competition, market regulation, financial litigation, corporate governance — while also engaging with emerging issues: sustainable finance, the digital economy, and the ecological transition."
